Dish Food & Events was established in 2007 by founder and owner Ryan Corvaia. Ryan’s passion for exceptional food, drink and entertaining encouraged him to launch the company and begin catering private events all over NYC. Over the last twelve years, Dish has grown to become one of New York City’s leading caterers, serving guests seasonally inspired, contemporary cuisine with global influences. Dish creates events where expertise, innovation, and warm hospitality are reflected at every step. As a full service caterer, Dish also offers professional staffing, licensed bar service, party rentals, decor & design, and event planning services. We look forward to serving you!
